Pizza Hut - Clearwater

Zero Urgency from staff . No sense of customer satisfaction.

Its really good ....butttttt the pizza is really thin....first time coming here and kinda disappointed

The food was inedible, and when I tried to call to speak with a manager, I was put on hold for an eternity. This location really needs to either close down or retrain their staff to ensure quality checks before delivering food. It's just disappointing, Pizza Hut.

I requested a light sauce when I called, but they came drenched in it, so now I have to wipe them off with paper towels. It's pretty disappointing.

I didn't actually dine at Pizza Hut; I just stopped by to grab some drinks for my kids. However, I had to wait about 20 minutes for assistance, and during that time, I witnessed something quite unsettling. A pizza maker was clearly ignoring hygiene standards — he wasn't wearing gloves, and after making a pizza, he walked over to the trash can, rummaged through it, and took a bag out without washing his hands before returning to prepare the pizza. I exchanged a concerned look with another customer, and I mentioned that I wouldn’t be picking up a pizza. She mentioned she would, but we both felt uneasy about it. We reported what we saw to a young staff member, but he simply shrugged it off, saying that there were only two of them on duty and his cashier was out making deliveries. He didn't seem to care at all. I recently heard that they closed down the main street location in Dunedin, and honestly, that makes me feel relieved.
