The Cheesecake Factory - Clearwater

It's always so busy that we had been holding off on visiting since they opened. But tonight, we decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely incredible! Our server, Phillip, was fantastic—he didn’t miss a beat. He was cheerful, friendly, and really made our experience enjoyable. The food was all outstanding, starting with the calamari and pretzels, and that Cuban sandwich was incredible! My husband said it was the best burger he's had in ages. And the cheesecake? I had the cinnamon roll swirl, and my husband chose the caramel apple. Both were out-of-this-world delicious. It was definitely worth the wait!

The food is absolutely delightful, and the atmosphere is quite elegant. It's an ideal place for a romantic date with your special someone. It also serves as a fantastic spot for indulging in delicious desserts. The cheesecake display is truly impressive, featuring a wide array of tempting options! Our waitress provided excellent service, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

I recommend arriving early to beat the crowds, as it can get busy quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I discussed my allergies (including sesame) twice, and the server acknowledged them. Unfortunately, we ordered pot stickers, and they arrived with sesame seeds. This is an area that needs improvement—more training on allergy awareness would be beneficial. If servers took notes when I explained my allergies, it would make things easier! I often find myself reiterating my allergies to nuts, peanuts, and sesame. However, after our server switched midway through the meal, the service improved significantly. Overall, great food and fantastic desserts!

Service was great. The menu is huge,with many items available, sure to find something even for the pickiest eater. Our meal was delicious. The cheesecakes are simply delicious. We ordered pineapple upside-down and dulce de leche cheesecakes. The carne asada steak sauce was perfect. The French dip burger was also delicious. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was our waitress. She did a great job. No complaints there. Good was brought out quickly for how busy they were, big portions, great flavor. Highly recommend. Sorry picture looks rough due to lighting but food looked great.
