The Cheesecake Factory - Clearwater

My family and I ate here this past Friday night for our nieces birthday. Our server Richard was by far the most amazing server I have ever had at a restaurant, I still can't get over his level of kindness and service. He was so attentive and ahead of any possible request we had. I hope you all know what an amazing employee he is!! We will definitely be back again and appreciate all he did to make our evening special.

The worst turkey burger I have ever had. The spices in it tasted toxic. I like plain cheesecake. This one tasted like it came off an assembly line. No cheesecake flavor whatsoever. I imagine everyone who loves this place gets flavored cheesecakes.

I didn't know that they have brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Lovely time here. We normally come for dinner, we will be back!

Have always heard great things about The Cheesecake Factory. We even had an opportunity to eat at the Tampa location. It was a real treat. The Clearwater location- what a letdown. I ordered the Bacon Bacon cheeseburger and the sweet potato fries.We waited for what seemed like an inordinate amount of time. When the food finally arrived we were not pleased. A medium cheeseburger should not be well done on the inside. The outside should not be hard, black and tough to cut. The garlic whatever in the middle was a big ball and would not disburse even when using utensils. My wife was not impressed with her meal either. The waiter was affable. The service was good despite the food. The ambience was nice but not nearly matching up with the substance. If I'm going to spend $20.00 on a cheeseburger it had better make me feel good about that decision. Sadly, it didnt.

The Red Velvet Cheesecake is my favorite and I recommend everyone to try it. The host was kind and sat us right away. We have a little bit of a wait until our waiter came over to the table. After she arrived the service was great.Vegetarian options: You will find salads on the menu as a vegetarian option. Plus vegetable side dishes. Impossible burgers are served here as well.Parking: You should not find an issue parking since this location is apart of countryside mall.Kid-friendliness: I have taken my kids to different Cheesecake Factory locations with no issues. They have highchairs and booster seats.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access is provided. This location is accessible from outside the mall and inside the mall.
