Lost the best management team....it's nit the same place with out those 3 managers...though I do see 2 of them once and awhile...but the colorful haired short guy isn't there anymore....wendys sure lost a great one... Atmosphere. Isnt the same now....makes me sad not even a frosty can fix....he always made me smile....just have to find a new place to go eat late night ? ? ?
Went inside... was not greeted at all. Stood there for 5 minutes after going to the kiosk. I wasn't even sure if they were open. I wasn't greeted with a hello... or a hi we will be with you shortly. Employees clearly didn't want to be there. Tried to interact and ask how their day was... they acted like they were being tortured to work. One was on their phone. When I walked in, there was no one in site. It wasn't busy at all. No one was at the drive-thru. This Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I would even recommend someone drive 10 miles to another location over this one.
Didn 't have time to write this yesterday but, placed a mobile order for myself and a coworker. Arrived at the restaurant after it confirmed and charged. They said they didn 't have it and said I ordered from the wrong wendys. I showed them the confirmation showed this store. I was late from my lunch break and two employees tried to say I ordered from the wrong store before realizing I had the right one. This location always conveniently seems to have system issues every single time I 've attempted to go there but as soon as I tell them I have a mobile order confirmed oh it must have gone through before the system went down! . So... no one is concerned that 5x with no pattern to the day, over a two month period, the entire ordering system went down at exactly 2:30? Hadn 't been there for over a month before this visit. Other coworkers told me they won 't even go to this wendys anymore due to the constant system issues . I genuinely don 't understand how this location would stay open if there were legitimately system issues this frequently. This has solidified my decision to stop going there. I literally gave them 6 chances. No more.
This place used to be nice, what a change. Long wait for food, then they got the order wrong. Food barely warm, Coke freestyle machine on the had two flavors left, very few people inside. Finally credit card machine doesn't support touch.
