I visited the Marmaris shop and spent £30, intending to pay by card. However, the staff, who struggled to communicate in English, insisted on cash. When I asked why, they responded that the owner wanted it that way. I then requested mayonnaise and was told it would cost extra! I pointed out that I had already spent £30, but she insisted that it didn't matter how much I had spent. When I expressed my frustration, she mentioned that with my £30 purchase, I could choose either a free drink or garlic bread. I found it frustrating that they would only give me the mayonnaise instead of those options. She apologized, but even the manager, who came out, confirmed the same response. The staff's communication skills were lacking, and unfortunately, they were not very friendly.
This restaurant offers an outstanding dinner experience for takeout. With prices ranging from just £1 to £10 per person, it delivers excellent value. The food is top-notch, earning a perfect score of 5 in taste and presentation. The service is equally impressive, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth transaction. The overall atmosphere, even for takeout, is inviting and pleasant. I highly recommend trying their kebab—it’s a must-have!
I was called a liar by management when my food didn’t arrive, and I had to threaten to involve the police in order to get a refund. The order was delivered to the wrong address, but the delivery driver acknowledged his mistake, which I appreciate. However, the way I was treated by management prior to that was unacceptable, and I did not receive an apology. Overall, I’d rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1.
