My husband and I went to Moes tonight left completely baffled at the service. First off, they didn’t have black beans or brown rice which was odd considering those are two of the main foods needed to make any of their meals. After checking out, we also realized that they were out of several drink options, and none of the soda tasted right. However, I understand sometimes restaurants run out of things, so it is what it is.The part that really threw us off was the terrible attitude of the employee making our burritos. None of the employees seemed really happy to be there, but the one lady specifically had such a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I didn’t look for her name, but I know she had a nose ring. The eye rolls and out of line comments towards us were so unnecessary. I have been going to this restaurant for years and never had any issues with employees, but after my experience tonight, that ruined it, and I will not be coming back to this location.
Staff greeted me as I walked in, which was nice. The man that took my order was very helpful as it was my first time visiting Moe's. Wonderful experience!!! I will return. Great job Moe's employees!!!!
Stop asking me for a tip until you’re ready to come to the table and take my order-Then clean my table. The audacity any establishment has to prompt a tip after a person has stood in line, got their own drink, and cleaned up after themselves is unbelievable. Stop leaving tips when they’re not deserved! Foods always great though.
Friday special was very enjoyable. Preparation staff very polite.
