Feedback gevenEarlier today 3/28/24 I ordered a Steak and cheese wrap through DoorDash . What I received wasn’t a wrap . It was a Flatbread sandwich steak and cheese . So naturally receiving the incorrect order DoorDash fixed my complaint they now allow the restaurant to remake the order if it’s incorrect. This store literally remakes the incorrect order and sent it to my place of work like it was correct . I will not order from here again while I’m working I have never been so disappointed. If they didn’t have any wraps they should have just canceled the order . Yet I’m out 24$ for something I couldn’t eat .
That employee Sommer was very rude and her attitude sucks , she was sucking her teeth and was slamming my meat on my sandwich like I was annoying her or something but that other girl name syriah now she one of the best employees there , she fast , very nice and her customers service is amazing rock on
Just walked out, after waiting (no other customers) 10min listening to a girl with long hair scream I can't get the glove open, and laughing, while another boy blonde hair was shushing her and laughing. Never once did either acknowledge me. All was done at the front line.... will not be back.
Coupons received in the mail DO NOT WORK. Even when you scan the QR code or type in the “code,” they don’t work. Ridiculous.
I’ve always loved this Subway for how fast and efficient they are. Plus, the workers are usually so kind.Today, I had the worst experience. I was going inside to pick up a mobile order for my husband and daughter but the two guys working were busy with a line which is totally fine. I sat and waited for my order to be put out in the cafe. When the line died down, I stood up to ask about my order (which was predicted to be done around 1, it was 1:15 at this point) and they both walked to the back without even attempting to talk to me. I could see that my order was sitting on the back counter ready, but hadn’t been put out on the mobile order pickup. I waited at the register for one of them to notice me, and they, multiple times, made eye contact with me but continued talking to each other without coming up to greet me. I waited at the front counter for over 10 mins and more customers came in and formed a line waiting for them to come help us. Eventually, one of the customers in the cafe called the store and they answered the phone from the back. He said “we’re all waiting for you up here!” and one of the boys eventually came up after another couple minutes of talking. I got my mobile order around 1:25pm.It was truly the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ve worked in food service for over 5 years so I understand needing a break but I can’t justify how bad these boys were at their job. One had brown hair and the other was blonde. The subs were completely fine and made correctly, but definitely wasn’t worth the service. I’m posting this not to discourage anyone from eating here, but rather because I believe management needs to be working with these kids more to make sure they’re at least halfway doing their jobs.
