Jimmy John's - Clemson

A sandwich shop that makes its bread in house ran out of bread. The guy at the counter told us as soon as we arrived, however the guy who made my food was out of uniform and I didn’t even realized he worked there at first. I just feel like this was an avoidable problem.Kid-friendliness: Clean restaurant with lots of seating options.

I love this location.I go 1-2 times per week. Several of the employees know my name or face for my order. Amazing customer service and great sandwich.Parking: Parking is slightly difficult but that’s most of Clemson’s downtown. There are a couple of close by street spots. There is a parking garage within a minute walking distance.There are two parking lots right next to Jimmy John’s but technically JJ’s customers are not supposed to park there. One is a church parking lot. The other is for the stores across the street.Tough to find parking but worth the effort if you get food.

Ordered from the app, an hour later nothing. Call twice, second time told it was taken to the wrong address. No replacement

Update: After reviewing the general manager, Hunter, reached out directly to apologized for the incident on behalf of the delivery driver.He kindly offered a store credit when I decided to cash, the delivery came promptly :)Ordered off DoorDashWaited for an hour 30 min, after it said my order was delivered.Store closed, couldn’t call. Had to get a DoorDash credit smh. Worked late and wanted this for dinner since it was only place opened

Nighttime shift leader girl is SO RUDE. She needs to be reassigned to day time or fired. will not be returning here. Insisted that JJ doesnt do hot sandwiches because she was too lazy to ????
