Sardi's Den - Clemson

I had lunch here today and the waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the kitchen misplaced our order, which caused our food to take longer than expected to arrive. However, the wings were very tasty. The burgers, while still good, were overcooked.

The food was excellent, but it would be even better if someone could return my call regarding the refund for being charged for both my meal and someone else's. I've been calling nearly every day and haven’t received a response.

The wait staff and bartenders here are fantastic! I had a wonderful time, and the food was excellent. I'm really glad I checked out the reviews and discovered this place. They were very accommodating with our takeout order. I ordered the turkey Reuben, and my companion had a burger—both were delicious!

The burgers and grilled chicken were fantastic. The only downside was that it was really cold inside. Overall, the food was excellent!

I ordered a bacon cheddar burger, but it came out lukewarm, so the shredded cheddar on top didn't melt. The pickle and lettuce were not fresh, and the French fries were only barely warm and fried in old oil. The bun was stale and lacked softness. The only positive aspects of my experience were the fountain Coke and the friendly server. I could only manage to eat one fry and less than half of the burger. I'm just hoping I won't regret my choice later.
