Order 2 10 pieces boneless buffalo wing and 1-5 pieces BBQ 2 lg beverage 1 coke and 1 diet coke diet was flat. They were half fried and some were frozen and never waited back for 22 min... that was back on 10/13. It was the first time I tried you people in Tampa, told me that I loved it very disappointed

Absolute catastrophe does not even describe this place. I ordered an XL lover fry and it took 30 minutes. Two employees on duty. An order and the other kitchen. It was not enough because they could not cope with demand. I'm sorry, but 30 minutes waiting for French fries is not okay. Will never be back.

Long-west fast food EVER. We ordered at 12:41 and got our food only after 1:00. The people who were with us ordered right after us and we all did not go with our food until 1:15. Over 30 minutes for fast food. Strange.

Wait at least ten minutes. After I finally ordered, they waited fifteen minutes after I had ordered to tell me they didn't have the bread for my sandwich. After taking something else, I waited 8 minutes. All together I waited 26 minutes. While all this happens, a manager went around with an intermediate shelf instead of actually working.
