Chili's Grill - Clermont

This is one off our favorite place hands down , the people are always so friendly and the food just awesome .we always get the fajitas trio never disappoint and afcours the Margaritas can't go there and not get a margarita.

Ordered the surf and turf and my steak was definitely like turf!! I ordered the ribeye rare and it was so over cooked I thought I was eating a sirloin. The broccoli tasted old and the service was ok at best. When the server asked how my food was I told her the steak was over cooked and she said she was gonna get her manager. That person never showed up at my table. This location is horrible!!!!UPDATE: I woke up this morning sick as a dog with food poisoning and the food here was the only thing I ate all day!!

Young woman who was a hostess with black hair was very rude and unprofessional.

What is up with the greeter here today?? 3/06/24..she is rude to people coming to ask simple questions about bar seating or not even greating customers when they come in? Apparently her cell phone is more important then attending guest.

Friendly, fast, clean, and helpful.Good service is difficult to get these days, butThese people went above and beyond.
