I would give this restaurant a 3-star rating for its food. The nachos were quite disappointing. They used low-quality salted chips, excessively sweet pork, uncooked shredded cheese, and a strange sriracha sauce. The only positive aspect was the beer cheese, which was enjoyable, and the generous portion size; the ratio of toppings to chips was decent. However, none of the ingredients worked well together, and several people at my table experienced an upset stomach shortly after eating. I suspect we may not have been charged for the nachos. On a positive note, the service, atmosphere, and music were all excellent. I was disappointed by the limited selection of beers. I can’t see myself coming back to this venue unless there's a specific band I want to see, and even then, I would be very cautious about what I order to eat and drink.

Great beer in an amazing atmosphere! Delicious food with excellent service. We loved it! Coal fired pizzas were great! Beer cheese on nachos was an inventive idea! Live music and outside seating too

WOW! We were in town visiting family and we are from Houston where we have several great breweries. We have never visited a brewery where we could also get a martini or old fashioned, salads, pizza, poke bowl, or good sushi. What a fantastic variety!The sushi roll we ordered was delicious and the key lime martini is a MUST if you love martinis. SO good! Olivia was outbartender and her service was top notch. Everything was really great. We highly recommended this place, will definitely be back.

I've lived in Clermont for nearly 20 years, and I can't believe I've never come across this place before! They host a lot of events, such as Bingo and live music, and the food is excellent and made in-house. The beer selection is great, and the service is outstanding. I ordered a porter, and our server, Will, unexpectedly offered me a taster glass of the stout, suggesting that I should try it if I enjoy dark beers. It was fantastic! I will definitely be returning. Be sure to try the pretzel bites and smoked chicken dip!

Fantastic live music and amazing microbrews! The service was top-notch. The men's urinals, made from kegs, were a unique and clean touch. The brewery had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return!
