Julio's Mexican - Clermont

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant after a long day at Universal. Despite it being very busy, the reception staff were able to seat us right away, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic, situated in an iconic park with great hiking opportunities nearby. The food was delicious, and the chocolate piñata was a highlight, presented in a chic style. My companion enjoyed the frozen drink and also tried the platinum margaritas, both of which were quite tasty. This is definitely a great option for Mexican cuisine when you're in the area.

I had a great time enjoying a margarita and a chocolate piñata! Santana was an excellent server, and the place was clean and welcoming. I loved how they used a lime shell as a shot glass—such a fun touch! The piñata itself is incredibly creative; you definitely have to try breaking it open. They make the chocolate and whipped cream in-house, which adds to the experience.

The restaurant also has a private space for larger groups, as our party consisted of 24 people. The only downside was that we had just one waiter for our table, which made it take a long time to get drink orders taken. Unfortunately, two people in our group who ordered shrimp didn’t receive their food until the very end of the meal. Thankfully, they soon added more waitstaff to assist our table, which helped things run more smoothly. While the restaurant didn't separate the checks for our table, they did provide individual receipts that included the tip amount, making it easy for us to settle up with one person handling the payment. Overall, it was a great experience!

Delicious! Lunch was great! The food was fresh and unique flavors! We wanted dessert, but lunch was so filled, so we went back at night! The chocolate pinata was so cool. They literally break it up with a wooden club! A must try!

Delicious food and good attention. I celebrated my birthday with my family at Uncle Julio's and had a wonderful time. Delicious food and very nice attention. I recommend the beef and chicken fajitas for celebration dessert the piñata and of course a Margarita.
