8 West Grille - Cleveland

This was my first time eating here, believe me the food was delicious! ? I had lunch with my sister her co-worker who eat there regularly. I had the steak, eggs $25.00. I've never ate a steak that tender before. One of the item was called the comeback shrimp $12.00. Our server Presley was very friendly, nice, pleasant. It was a great atmosphere. The price was reasonable to me. I will be going back soon.????

HORRIBLE,,,,,, staff is in desperate need of revamping,,, the experience we had probably concluded our chances of visiting the city at all for anything,,,, PLEASE close down for a week,,,,,,,PRAY!,,,, pray some more and only then should this establishment try to open back up and

Horrible service!My family of 3 came into the restaurant at approximately 7:26 and no one even asked us what we wanted to eat until 8:10.We ordered drinks at 7:32 and never received them.Needless to say I will NEVER dine with you all again.My family and I are African American and the waiters totally ignored us and served “others” that came behind us!

I really enjoyed my blackened catfish mushroom risotto absolutely delicious. Good appetizers, too. However my colleague’s steak was much more well done than she requested. Server was kind, but felt unprepared.
