Buffalo Wild Wings - Cleveland

3 strikes and you're out. Stop says you're delivering! Obviously nobody knows how to fill out an order at their location. I started counting with my last three commands, and every one of them had items missing. the first time, eating for 7 (paid in full) became 4 articles. phone calls made, refund promised, NOTHING.2. times, near $150 for wing for a party, came with no extra sauce or bleu cheese. Calls / Promise/NO response! tonight was the strike

I literally sit here with my daughters waiting on our order as I do this review, we had to wait a few minutes in a restaurant that is not busy to take place and several employees saw us standing, we all ordered entrees plus 20 wings. the waitress told me that she wasn't sure how many flavors I had to choose, but she was sure there was two maybe 3 I commanded this all the time and there is always 20 she came back and told me only two . I politely asked to take the wing out of order as we didn't want 10 of everyone who waitress then informed us that they gave us 4 so the drink I ordered was an ananas mojito, the game with a sprig fresh mint, my drink came with all the old mint and a sheet was black and completely no good, and it was swimming in my drink, at this point I can trust everyone to pour me a drink that a piece rotten mint in my drink, I would just want to go my baby! we will never return!!!

Eating was good and enjoyed the atmosphere. the waiter wasn't friendly and it looked like it was a last to do something.

The fries were great, well diceed and perfectly cooked, my boneless wings had a good cripple to them, but the sauce cover was quite sad, the spicy garlic were decent, the jammin jalapeño were fit, but could have used more, but my Thai curry wings were almost unusable. even the container in which they were showed hardly any signs of sosse when I ended them. overall it was not bad, but the sauce felt like the cook was really stingy. I know it's probably a controller part of the soße to wing, but maybe the amount of soße just think a bit. the thai is one of my favorite sauces and was somehow disappointed at how little was there.

Bacon cheese curd burger was phenomenal!!!! It 's definitely become my go to . They were a bit short handed service was slow, but our server had a great personality and was very helpful. The acoustics at this location are horrible though, making conversation difficult.Food: 5/5
