Chic at counter was cool but no way the wait for a fry and popcorn chicken bowl should be 29 minutes!!! Won't go back

I just had the best chicken breast I've ever had in my life. The food including biscuit was delicious and hot! Service was great! Whoever was working tonight 9/15/22 should be commended. And I will tell all my friends about my experience tonight.

Arrived just after 4 this afternoon/evening to pick up an advance order I had placed on their app. I was led to believe that my order would be ready when I got there. Instead, I had to inform someone, and I had to sit inside and wait for approximately 45 minutes all together while they worked on a fresh batch of extra crispy chicken, no freebies for my wait offered or anything. When I finally arrived home from walking just over a mile at a few minutes after 5, my friend and I realized that half of the bucket of chicken we ordered (8 piece mixed) was RAW!!!! If I lived closer to the KFC, I would have walked back and demanded a new bucket. $19 is way too much money to spend for what I ended up getting.

No children were ready, they had only pots and wings, so I got the wings and I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and of course they messed it up and I was the only customer there. I will not eat again at this place. Look at it!

Open their lobby now! the restrictions are there. poor service! and their prices are ridiculous. I stay with popeyes and other places now! service: 1/5
