La Plaza Supermarket - Cleveland

La Plaza is WONDERFUL!!! The market is absolutely delightful with fresh and consistent items. The food in the Resteraunt is delicious. We take friends who come to town there as one of our Clevelavd treasures. You have to try it!

Good tacos but no matter how many times I order and ask for chipotle salsa, extra onion, or cilantro on a delivery order I never get it. I even called to ask them to not forget the chipotle for my order and never sent it. I bought 19 tacos and only got onecontainer of cilantro, onion, and limes. That?s just not enough for 19 tacos.

Today i bought some pre made green salsa I got home and put it in the refrigerator.At dinner I took it out and set it on the table when we opened it the smell was horrible and the salsa was all slimy I looked at the expiration date of 7/31 today was8/2. I decided to call the plaza to explain to them that my salsa was spoiled and expired the girl who answered me decided tojust hang up so I take the salsa back to the actual store and I was told that I had to wait for the supervisor who wasn't therei left the salsa with the cashier while i shopped the supervisor never showed up and I was given the worst attitude by thecashier. I recommend to pay attention the expiration date on the products in this store . This isn't the first time this hashappened to me .

Went today and ordered two tacos. Sat and waited for my number to be called for almost fifteen minutes. Meanwhile people are coming in and ordering and getting food. Finally asked where my food was and it was sloppily thrown together and handed to mewithout a word. The carne asada taco was ok but the chicken was tough and dry. Won?t be back

The food is always fresh and they carry all those hard to find ingredients. Butcher is real knowledgeable and often gives recipe tips as well! One of our favourite stores to shop at
