Our server JT was outstanding. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space, and his sense of humor added to the experience. He, along with the rest of the wait staff, significantly enhanced our visit. And that's impressive because our meals, with all four of us dining, were spectacular. The decor and architecture of the restaurant reflect a unique Cleveland charm that is a must-see. Well done, Marble Room!

For a fancy steakhouse in a former bank lobby, you can get some really affordable stuff! Or the fancy stuff, if you want. Either case, you'll be in for a treat. I got some sushi with a smoked Manhattan (and later, a Rockefeller Old Fashioned) and thequality of the drinks and the people were exceptional. Sushi was great, although not extraordinary, which makes sense given itslower price tag. Can't vouch for table service, but service at the bar was excellent. Highly recommended visiting, if only forthe atmosphere.

This is yet another restaurant that deserves more stars than I can give. When you spend this kind of money on a meal, it needs to be flawless—and it truly was. The service, the steaks, the ambiance—everything was exceptional. I ordered the dry-aged Delmonico, and it was unlike any so-called dry-aged steak I've had in the past. Now I fully understand what dry-aged beef is all about. And that truffle butter... I can't wait to return!

What a great dining experience from start to finish. We brought our family here for a celebratory dinner. There were 7 of us and we had requested a table to the side at the time of reservation. We were so pleased with the atmosphere and the service. Ourserver was a delight. The food was great. The steaks were superb. I recommend the Delmonico. It was soft like butter and hadamazing marbling and flavor. After dinner they took us on a tour of the restaurant and rooms for private events. The history ofthe building is fascinating! I highly recommend Marble Room for a special meal!

What a stunning establishment! Just stepping inside the restaurant is a visual delight. The service was exceptional as well; our server Dwayne was wonderful and made our experience memorable. We ordered the 40oz porterhouse steak with truffle butter sauce, bacon Brussels sprouts, and started with the coconut mango roll as an appetizer. The food arrived promptly, and all the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive. There's a reason why the "Marble Room" is renowned; it truly lives up to its name. Be mindful that this place is on the pricier side, with some specials reaching over $200 for a single dish, so come prepared both mentally and financially! It's an excellent spot for indulging in exquisite food, fine wine, and a lavish atmosphere — perfect for a special celebration or a birthday dinner with friends. Enjoy yourselves, and don’t hold back — this is the perfect occasion to indulge, drink, and celebrate!
