If I remember correctly, I only purchased a medium caramel frappe. The employee working the window where you pay, asked if I needed a receipt, to which I stated no. I was shocked, when the next thing he asked, was if I wanted my change. I was taken aback with that question, why wouldn't I, unless I said keep the change. Was excited to get the Pumpkin iced coffee since I loved it last year. The coffee I got was not pumpkin at all- vanilla coffee with caramel. Tried it at another location and it tasted definitively like pumpkin. This location must not have the pumpkin syrup and are handing out vanilla coffee with caramel at the bottom. Go to another location for the pumpkin iced coffee!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
When I went to get my soft drink, brown chunky stuff, came out of the Coke nozzle. I informed one of the employees and practically got ignored. I asked if they were going to clean out the nozzles and was ignored again. Not even $14 an hour for fast food is going to make people do their job correctly.
The restaurant seemed to be understaffed, with only one person taking drive-thru orders and no one available to manage the pickup window for rewards. However, the food was served hot and the order was correct.
