Tonight, my mother called ahead to discuss a specific order and was informed about the quantity of fish included. She arrived expecting to receive what was confirmed over the phone, but when she paid for the two dinners she ordered, she noticed each was supposed to have additional pieces of fish. However, upon checking her order, she found that there was only one piece of fish in each dinner. To make matters worse, she was charged over $50 for the order. When she brought this to the staff's attention, they became quite irate and ultimately told her never to return after issuing a refund. We have been loyal customers for years without any problems, but this experience has completely changed my perception. I won't be returning again.
