Papa Johns Pizza - Cleveland

This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! The staff is really friendly, and everyone is very nice.

Alright, hear me out... Normally, I rate experiences 11 out of 10, no matter the situation, but tonight taught me a lesson. I realized I should aim for 12 out of 10. On my way to the restaurant, I expected to embarrass myself, but the staff and manager, Emily, completely exceeded all my expectations. Let me tell you, these people are true masters of their craft. They are skilled creators and should be held to no ordinary standards — they are beyond that. They are true pizza experts. These are the ones you want to visit.

I've been ordering from this location for quite some time, and I’m finally writing my review because I was waiting for the "too good to be true" moment to arrive, but it never did! I live in Ohio City, which has a mix of both new and traditional pizza places, and I have to say that this one is outstanding. My orders always arrive unbelievably fast—so fast that the food is still piping hot from the oven, and I actually have to wait a bit before taking a bite. The quality of the food consistently exceeds that of many local competitors. Kudos to everyone involved, from the chefs to the delivery drivers and everyone in between!

I've always received good pizzas from this location. The only problem I've had is with their location. I only live a few blocks away and have lived here all my life, but that shopping plaza is a mini ghetto all it's own. I won't pick up a pizza from there but delivery is ok. The drivers have always been friendly with quick delivery. You guys need to clear out some of the hood rats that panhandle in your parking lot.

The pizza here is consistently fresh and delicious! It's one of my favorite places. The staff is also very friendly.
