Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleveland

All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with ease. I’m not from around here but if I’m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too!

I love this place. I have turked and was wrong, went to store and they replaced my order. great customer service and great food!

During my first visit, I ordered nuggets and fries but only received the nuggets. I drove home and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. On my second visit, I waited 30 minutes in line only to get home and discover that I had the wrong order. When I called to get a replacement, they told me I had to return to the restaurant, and they couldn't issue a refund. So, I drove back and then waited another 20 minutes for the correct order. Fast food is supposed to be quick, so I didn't think this was too much to ask. It seems that taking their time actually leads to more mistakes. There were maybe three cars ahead of me in line, so there was really no excuse for such a long wait. I was willing to overlook the initial mistake, but at this point, I would have to be desperate to give it a third chance. Overall, this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to.

The food at both locations was delicious and served hot. They didn’t have honey available at the camp, but the jelly made for a great substitute. The service was decent given how busy it was during the evening.

Almost always I go there, my order is wrong, and they get an employment when I tell them that my order was wrong. I love that huh, but the workers need a better trade, white meat dark meat.
