Sloppy Bobs - Cleveland

One of my favorite bars in Parma! The place is clean, the bartenders are fantastic, the food is great, and the service is quick. They have a lovely patio and three big-screen TVs, making it the perfect spot to catch the games. Thumbs up!

After about 10 minutes of waiting, our drink order was finally taken, as the bartenders seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. Once we finished our beers, we sat with empty glasses for another 10 to 15 minutes while we watched the bartender serve a guy with half a beer another full one. We considered ordering food but were glad we didn’t when we saw someone take their dog back into the kitchen area. This bar was quite slow on a weekday, and with more than enough staff around, there's really no excuse for the preferential treatment and lack of courtesy we experienced.

The food was decent; we ordered sloppy Bob sandwiches and wings. Unfortunately, the wings never arrived. When we went to settle the bill, the bartender insisted we still pay for the wings, explaining that they had just come in late and offered to package them for us to go. After we paid, we ended up waiting another ten minutes for the wings to finish cooking, all while we sat at a cleared table, ready to leave. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service. The staff seemed too intoxicated to handle their duties effectively.

The food was great ? had the Garlic wings, could smell them before they got to the table, also had the Chicken ? quesadilla which were huge. Had a few specialty beers?,they were great as well. Service was super, nice atmosphere.

Staff could be more knowledgeable with their beers and drinks selection. Tacos are awesome at this place. I would recommend this place if u were in the area
