Subway - Cleveland

Food was what you would expect from a fast food franchise. Not the highest quality, but works when you're in a pinch. As I always do with my reviews, I'll rate everything on a 1/10 scale. Interior design: 7/10 Exterior design: 6/10 Cleanliness: 9/10: Seemed pretty sanitary for the events going on in our society. Food quality (NOT taste): 6/10. Bread didn't seem fresh. Food taste: 8/10: Surprisingly good. Bread could have been a bit better, more fresh, but other than that, the taste was pretty good for fast food. Staff friendliness: 10/10: Staff were very friendly and got my order done efficiently. Overall, SubWay was a decent place to eat. The staff was kind, the subs tasted pretty good, and I enjoyed eating here. It's a great place to eat if you're on a long road trip, in a pinch, or you don't know where else to eat. If you wanted a sub, I would recommend going for one of the higher end places.

Ordered 5 sandwiches and the customer service was absolutey great!! I must add...the employees have a LOT of patience because a very very rude lady came in screaming at them and cussing them out totally disrespecting them to where I wanted to say something!! You ladies did great, great workers!!
