Feedback gevenI was not aware that a 24-hour restaurant with walk-in service actually closed its lobby at a certain time. The young girl working there really needs to improve her manners and how she speaks to paying customers. Without us, there wouldn't be a business for her to work at.
I ordered a sandwich and waited for 20 minutes in the store for pickup, but my order was never brought out. I tried calling the store for a refund, but they did not answer. I was disappointed with the service. I witnessed an employee getting mad at a coworker and physically assaulting them. This experience has left a bad impression on me, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I would give zero stars if I could.
This restaurant has the absolute worst bread I have ever tasted and the service was extremely terrible. When I got home, the bread was as hard as a rock.
Everyone was super friendly, Manager made sure to make every greeting personal to each one coming in. Even with them remodeling it was super clean.Customer service is outstanding!
I just want to shout out to the young lady, I believe her name is Demetra. I'm sorry I probably spelled it wrong. She went out of her way to return a wallet that was left on her counter. My coworker left his wallet at this Subway location and she tracked him down and came to his job to be sure his wallet was returned. I know my coworker has had a few setbacks lately and this meant so much to him, and to everyone watching. Her genuine honesty, compassion, and effort was noticed today. She needs a raise, and the world needs more people like her! Thank you! ?
