Feedback gevenIt was horrible, never even got our order taken, did not get recognized, others asked if anyone was working front counter, they only took drive through, young lady looked at all of us twice in the lobby and finally after 15 minutes said we are short staffed. Take a car, rake a customer, take a car take a customer. One person went to the counter and was ignored.
Cashiers were not very nice, charged us for large freezes when we got regulars. boyfriend woke up the next morning with food poisoning. update: boyfriend is currently in the er because the food poisoning made him so dizzy and nauseous he passed out and cracked his head open. thanks a lot guys
Bad customer service and items missing from order was told to wait in front after waiting for fifteen minutes just said forget it and pulled off. Not a great experience. Workers to busy socializing amongst themselves. Cashier was like the tin man no type of customer service skills.
Upon arrival asked if the kiosk would take cash, employee stated order on kiosk, and someone will ring you out. So we ordered 20 minutes later, employee asked what did I order? Really 20 minutes later, and not too mention they messed up my order. My wife didn't receive her taco!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Ordered from here through Grubhub several times while staying at the Cleveland Clinic. Orders were always accurate but as per usual with a fast food establishment they were not consistent. We ordered extra sauces on several items and sometimes we got them and sometimes they were skimpy. I would suggest ordering extra sauce on the side to ensure you get enough. Prices are higher through Grubhub, but that too is to be expected. Overall happy with our experiences.
