The Crispy Chick - Cleveland

This is only my second time purchasing from the crispy chick and I am disappointed this time.The food was actually good both times but also BOTH times I?ve felt like the lemonade was way too sweet. The second time around I ordered it to give it anothertry and once again it was too sweet and even now it had a slight mildew taste to it. I asked could I swap or get a new drink andthe young lady helping me (who was also very nice) told me that her manager said no, it was not allowed.I was very disappointedwith that being that I paid extra for a drink I did not like. Something so simple as me getting a new drink could?ve been theLEAST that was done since I disliked it the first and second time AND on top of that I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 meals. Thatis just not how you accommodate a paying and VERY kind and patient customer.

People were nice and the food was good at a good price. Can't ask for anything more.

Crispy Chick is my absolute favorite restaurant hands down! The staff is great especially the owner (I love her- just a lovely person inside and out), Laniece (she?s new and is already building herself up for success) Diamond (always friendly andprofessional) it?s more of them but I can?t remember the names. Now it?s plenty places that sells the same thing- chickentenders, coleslaw, Texas toast, and fries? however Crispy Chick makes their food with a little more soul and seasoning! This isthe only place I can rely on to get my order correctly every single time and the food is literally always finger licking good!

The Crispy Chick just catered our Cleveland Guardians office lunch today and it was delicious. Got the tenders, fries, and Garlic Butter Bread. Very flavorful and will be coming out to have it again soon!
