The Flat Iron Cafe - Cleveland

Terrific food. Great perch, fries are fresh, vegetables are fresh. Great cole slaw. Great atmosphere. Our new favorite restaurant in the flats. Monday is burger day, half price. It seems every time we come to Cleveland, we end up here!

The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. It's often the case that when you visit a restaurant during off-peak hours, both the food and service can suffer. However, that is definitely not the case at Flat Iron Cafe. We were enjoying a delicious meal within no time at all on a Monday at 3 PM.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere is beautiful, and there's a wonderful energy in the space. The food is fantastic, and our server, whose name I believe was Joie, Jodie, or Josey, was incredibly kind and sweet. I can't wait to bring my family and friends here and support this place more. Don't miss out on the pretzel-flavored beer—it's phenomenal!

I hosted a birthday party for my wife in their private party room upstairs, and it was a fantastic experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. The bartenders were exceptional, and I'm still receiving texts from guests complimenting the delicious food. This place is perfect for grabbing a quick pint and some wings before a game, but it’s even better for hosting parties.

Loved the French onion soup! I think this might have been my favorite soup! For appetizer we had the rib/fry combo the ribs were great...plenty of meat and a great sauce. The fries were probably the biggest let down...just regular greasy pub fries. The garlic parm wings were fantastic tho! I had the Perch which was really good flaky and plenty of it. Taste was great, loved every bite! My daughter had the Carolina chicken and absolutely loved it as well! We weren't crazy about the cucumber ranch the cucumber taste was too strong, it was good, but might have been a little better if it was toned down...but that might just be us. The server was very friendly and attentive unfortunately I don't recall her name. Overall I would highly recommend Flat Iron!!
