Wendy's - Cleveland

Surprisingly, this is the only one that still has the fastest service in cleveland. I give 3 wendy on the way to this one I come from the east coast. my food was hot and edible. thanks to the young lady at the drive thru window. I ordered the great meal.never .. never on the weberei on broadway. the manager is very rude as his workers.

Ordered through the Mobile App as I usually do, but the 1st time I have used THIS Wendy's... IN the Mobile App it GIVES you the OPTION if you want Pickup, Delivery, or Drive thru . I ALWAYS use the Drive thru option, AT THIS STORE, as I was using the Mobile App, it ACTUALLY SAID that Pickup going Inside wasn't available, so ONLY Drive thru OR Delivery... NO BIGGIE, because I PREFER Drive thru ?‍... WELL lol, when I got to the speaker, the gentleman told me that I had to come INSIDE for Mobile Pick ups??? ...Would've had to leave the Drive thru, make a Left turn OUT onto the busy road, BACK INTO the store's parking lot to do so??? I explained this WASN'T DoorDash, but a Mobile Pick up, it EVEN SAYS ON the Mobile App to pull up to the Drive thru speaker just tell them my name... He AGAIN tells me that they DON'T do Mobile App orders through the Drive thru ? ? ...I tell him ALL OTHER Wendy's do so, the Mobile App GIVES THE OPTION for Pick up OR Drive thru, THEIR STORE ACTUALLY SAID the Pick up Inside was CLOSED ?? Lol, at this point he tells me he's gonna let me do it this time go ahead pull up to the window??‍ NEVERRRR EVERRRR had ANY problems using Mobile App at ANY OTHER Wendy's stores???‍ Needless to say won't be back to THIS ONE ?‍?? Weird that ONE Wendy's would do DIFFERENTLY for the Mobile App than ALL the other Wendy's in Cuyahoga County Medina County as well...???‍

Great food awesome customer service but no one spoke at the menu service through drive thru went to window to order

It was dirty inside and they had what looked like elementary school-age kids working the friers. The food I ordered was cold and tasted like they were sitting out all day

Absolutely Horrible! Don’t order mobile because you have to go in and pick up and then you will wait 30 minutes to get an incomplete order and the wrong order… cold food… cheese not even melted! Sad!
