Wendy's - Cleveland

Went through drive thru, in a hurry off I-75. Ordered a child's cheeseburger just ketchup and a chocolate frosty. For my 7 year old Son. I received a kids cheeseburger meal with fries and a frosty so small it fell through the cup holder. I drove away and will not return to this Wendy's on my daily drive along I-75. I don’t even understand why this Wendy’s is still open. Drive thru is ridiculously long. They never have the dining room open. At what point do you just hang it up after not giving anything but terrible customer experiences

So so sick of Wendy's locking their doors and only running the drive-thru. Hire some staff!! I would like to wash my washer before eating.

Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes, when I finally moved up to order up to ordrr, the order box light shut off and no one ever announced or said a word. At least 7 cars behind me.This was on a Sunday at 8:15 in the evening.I get if it's a staffing issue, at least close the resterant so people don't waste their time.TERRIBLE

Got the feed you crew pack, A, and the bourbon bacon burger combo. They left out my bourbon burger and one of the Davey cheese burgers, and the one cheeseburger they put in the bag had no cheese. It wasn't even busy.
