Back Yard Burgers - Cleveland

I like to go to Hinterhof Burger. Friendly service.. Just this time I ordered a Black Chicken Combo. And when I reach my goal, open the bag it was a Speck Cheeseburger Combo.. So I had to take all the bacon out to eat the burger. Next time check by order b4 i Leave

Backyard Burgers in Cleveland, woman has a great product and stellar customer service, and this keeps this dining afloat. There were only two employees and they were efficient and friendly. Although I had to wait for a wild Turkey Low Carb Burger and a regular wild Turkey Burger, the staff kept letting me know what the status of my order was. It was a delicious low carb burger. And I got a cracker cake waiting for my patient. Here's the coin. This restaurant needs serious maintenance and repairs. There are falling ceiling tiles, construction around cabinets near the floor. Deliveries are not in stock (paper towels, spices, straw etc.). The outside doors of the restaurant were wide open. Not sure whether it was due to ventilation or air flow, but temperature inside was not unpleasant. When one of the workers said, please come back to see us all right? I really want to because the customer service was on the point, but the owners really do the brand a bad service with the quality and physical appeasement of the situation. I think Cleveland deserves it, and I think the workers deserve to serve in a place they can feel proud of.

Nobody there inside. 3 cars in drive thru Took forever just to get the bag with our burgers She told me we were waiting on the fries (one order of chili cheese fries and one order of seasoned fries) Waited another 13 minutes for the fries The girl handing them to me could have cared less how long I waited Went straight home maybe 2 miles and fries were cold when I got home and if course the burgers were definitely already cold. Very disappointed Almost lost my car in one of the bikes in the driveway/parking lot. Very sad that this is where BYB all started and this is what we have ?

I'm eating this about an hour after getting my food. it still tastes good. My fault about the timing on getting the food to eating it. They were friendly and made sure the order was right.

Super friendly lady and another run the whole show. Looks like they're closing the store. Not much care for the physical facility. It takes a minute, but the food is still pretty good. Cobbler was cold.
