Burger King - Cleveland

The manager which is a male tried to fight a woman for telling them the floor was wet and some one could hurt them selves the man followed the young lady to her car and proceeded to go back and forward with young lady insulting her and all, how could y’all A men that’s willing to put his hands on a woman working for y’all company if I was the young lady I would Sue it’s all on video when ask for his name and supervisor he said he was supervisor

Do not order online they sent me the wrong food and did not answer the phone. The food the sent me was old and the fries was very old soggy looking look like Food was cooked in old Grease I threw all of it away. Burger King on Harvard need to be closed period. The service is nasty inside and online a shame that people don’t care what they serve to the customers SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

Dirty place and slow. Guy with cigarette behind counter. Was not lit but not a good look.

They were good when we 1st moved u here. Now it's ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes for my order,only car in line. All that time and my order was wrong and cold. They about bad as Popeye's on Lee

The onion rings were soggy but my sandwich was very fresh and the young lady at the counter had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was clean overall but I'm salty about my onion rings tho...
