Floods Urban Seafood Market - Cleveland

My family came in from California and we ordered 7 baked potatoes and one salmon rice bowl. The total was $108 and the potatoes was as big as a toddler fist, two broccoli flowers, a few pieces of diced chicken, three shrimp. They weren’t happy or satisfied, definitely wasn’t worth the price or wait. I’m use to my service being much better than this that’s why I referred this place to eat. I really like supporting my local business but you have to better satisfy your customers.

Slow took 30 min to get my order in 1person in front of me

I had waited 30 minutes for my food. I was happy to over look that until I got home and I seen 5 pieces of shrimp. I ordered the shrimp basket and I paid 12 dollars for 5 pieces of shrimp and fries. I'm disappointed and I'll not be returning

Bought alligator bites and old bay French fries. French fries where nice and hot really good the alligator bites could have been seasoned and cooked a little longer. But all in all the have a good menu

Very nice staff. Food was amazing. I’ll be back at least twice a week
