Momo's And Social Lounge - Cleveland

I placed my order at 230 and didn't receive it until around 5. I still had to wait when I got there for the pick up time. I waited almost an hour in the restaurant after my original pick up time then they told me they ran out of food for my order. I had to wait to see what I could substitute. Food wasn't worth it. They didn't offer anything for the huge inconvenience. This was my first and last time. Very disappointing ? I always try to support but this was unacceptable. Only reason I didn't go somewhere else is because I was hungry and at least thought from the pictures I seen that the food would have at least been worth the wait. It wasn't.

2 hours. We were initially told it was going to take 40 mins for our take out food , which is understandable. It’s has been 2 hours and now they are telling us they don’t have 2/4 sides we originally ordered. I’ve heard from friends the food is good , but the service is horrendous .

The Mac and Cheese was amazing will be back soon to try a little bit of Everything!

Great food great customer service and a good atmosphere!

We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and had such a wonderful experience. It's a cute little spot that's clearly a labor of love. The food is incredible we had a dinner set with two sides, consisting of super tasty greens and maybe the best Mac and cheese I've had in Cleveland. The seafood loaded potato mash was so good that I'm not sure I can find the words to describe it. I wish I had leftovers but I ate the whole plate.
