The food was very tasty, but I didn’t love how they chopped up the chicken so the bone shattered, I kept getting little bits of bone in my mouth. Also you have to order fried plantains on the side. Their fried plantains were also not the best I’ve ever had, they were pretty dry and just tasted like oil.

My job has me all over CLE and I've eaten at some other great Jamaican places around town. But this place, this place is incredible! The jerk chicken is probably in the top 2 or 3 in town. Ans the large portion is enough for two people. But these oxtails? Omfg, These oxtails are the best I've ever had! Not even close. They will change your life. Rich, tender, exquisite, gelatinous goodness that will make you want hug the person who made them. Seriously, I can't say enough good about this place.

Feb 10 2024 went into Rich restaurant and I can say very clean and nice order 3 medium dinner 2 curry chicken and stew chicken and I must say nice amount and all but my complaint is the food is eatable but why won’t u use any seasons I’m talking blend no taste or nothing gravy is so watery it’s crazy just put seasons on the meat and make your gravy thicker it would be decent smh so for rt now it’s a no for me I give it a 1

Great atmosphere, amazing decorations, and the food is amazing. The first time I ever had Jamaican food and this was the best experience ever 10/10 100% recommend.
