S L O W!Food is always excellent but they are super slow. If you don't have at least a half hour and your going to the drive thru, DONT.

Rude drive thru agent, food order not correct, had to practically beg for sour cream after they lied that there was extra in the bag.

We got two biggie bags and the servers didn't give us our sandwiches for an extra 30 minutes and we were not the only people that they shorted on food and their tea had been sitting all day and made me gag

Today (May 15, 2023) is the first time I've been to Wendy's for awhile and the food is horrible at the 2000 w 25th St. Cle,Oh and I will not be a return customer!! So sad how this business has plummeted in quality!!

I did not receive what the menu Said 6 slices of bacon on the breakfast sandwich the employee thinks a strip of bacon means a half of a strip of bacon he did not even know about the sandwich gave me back the sandwich only had 3strips of bacon cut in half with cold fries third time there my order is always wrong at west25 never again if you want your order Right go to the brookpark the service is good or just go too rallys west 25 lost my business always a problem at west 25
