Starbucks - Cleveland Heights

This location is just so loud. I don't know how people can sit an work there or even have a conversation across the table. I would have left immediately but I was waiting for someone. I don't really care for Starbucks coffee products so the only appeal is the ubiquity of the stores as meeting points. But this one is just incredibly loud.

Ordered my drink online delivery, i requested a straw with the order. My order was dropped off with no straw, co sealed lid, no bag or anything. I called in to Address the issue and was told it’s not Starbucks issue it’s Uber eats. This is very unprofessional

I am always frustrated when I pay extra for sweet vanilla cold foam and don't receive it.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I really enjoy this location. It's bigger than most Starbucks and stays open later, which is a plus. I enjoy coming here to read a book or even meet new people. The staff are also very friendly.
