Saw someone who ate fun while he commanded. they have no sense of urgency or of all high standards. wendys would be better to stop this place and turn it into a staruck or something more useful
Frequently run into issues when visiting here. I only go back because it's super convenient for me. Examples are no staff so it's closed during business hours multiple times. Only able to order through the mobile app, not in person at the drive through. Was told today at the drive through that I had to come inside to pick up my order I placed on the mobile app.
Well, I didn't know what to expect since the last time I went to ok was over 15 years. The line on the drive through took about 35 min to get to the ordering system. Then they messed up my order, the manager went back in to get it right, took a little bit longer. When I got home 2 of the 3 breaks ordered (2 were chickens) were wrong and not what was ordered.
I ordered my food half hour before pick up and order still wasn't ready and I heard them them say some of my order was passed out to another customer, for them to give me someone else's order. I gave 2 stars because they were willing to walk back and forth in the drizzle rain to correct it.
