McDonald's - Cleveland

Let's face it, when you go to Macca's you're not expecting too much. Unfortunately, the Cleveland version doesn't really excel in any department. Somehow

Clean and tidy as McDonalds go. One of the best in the area and with good kids play area. Open 24 hours btw.

Burgers from this store are consistently lacking in the proper amount of sauce. I had a fillet of fish today from here, and compared to the one I had at the Carindale store two days ago, it was dry and lacking in flavour. I opened the burger to find, at best, about a teaspoon of tartare sauce. This is becoming a habit with this store. People will stop coming, and instead of saving money, they will lose big time.

Ok its only a Mc Donald's but l still want good food, well Hot food and the correct food l ordered but no this place doesn't offer this, l got the wrong order or missing items from my order on more than one occasion. The staff are friendly but some aren't trained enough to carry out their duties, confused by any questions on the menu and wrongly charging customers isn't acceptable service.This venue could be faster, cleaner and better organised.

Pretty much the same as every other McDonalds. There do have a McCafe and the place is spotlessly clean, which is always a good thing, Staff are helpful and service is quick.
