Kilwins Cliffside - Cliffside Park

The ice cream is nice but the lady who took our order wasn’t nice and didn’t give us what we ordered. I wanted a dish with 3 flavors and she said that there was no problem (I asked her), but instead she gave us 3 cups with one flavor each. Then, when we saw that and asked why she made 3 cups, she said that the dish could be double or single (she could have told us before). She gave us 3 singles without even checking.

Ice cream is decent. Horrible service! Girl working this evening needs an attitude adjustment especially with prices they charge. Pretentious attitude as soon as you walk in and acted like she was doing me a favor ringing me up and then asks for a tip! The quart today was also skimped on 20% compared to the last quart I got. Will not be coming back for awhile until they hopefully retrain their staff.

I discovered a new ice cream choice in Bergen County! I believe it 's been around for a few years, but I had not had the chance to visit before. Leave 2022 and enter into nostalgic Americana. The shop is full of sweet happiness from chocolates, caramels, candy apples and beyond to their rich and creamy ice creams. Today I treated my folks to ice cream. (I also purchased a box of truffles, but we haven 't had it yet. It was a scorcher of a day, and special ice cream was a must! Mom and Dad went for the Butter Pecan (BP while I got the Superman. The BP was sweet 'n salty and buttery. The pecans were abundant, nice and crunchy. Superman was super! The taste was fruity and happy. Who knew happiness was a flavor? Well, here it is. It was fun! Other pluses: conveniently located for walkers, bus riders and drivers alike; plentiful shaded seating outdoors; nice and cool indoor seating too. They are a GrubHub business as well. Gavin offered friendly customer service.

I came here with my daughter because we have always loved this place. It has always been a fun and great place for her to enjoy her favorite ice cream and a nice place for a mom when I wanted to reward her... I went in today and order her usual and get the tiniest scoop and probably 13 pieces of rainbow sprinkles for additional charge. I paid almost $9 for it. I am beyond disappointed and heart broken that Kilwins is shrinking their portion and still charging people the same amount for a little scoop of ice cream.

It's a great place to try handmade chocolates, marzipan candy, a lot of kinds of chocolate and many other delicious ?.All the pieces are made with the soul. You can feel it in the air.P.S. So delicious latte I tried yesterday ?.
