Feedback gevenThis restaurant is comically bad and Kylie Cruz has no business trying to run a restaurant. She has a nasty attitude and has made errors on orders I've placed in store and online. Last time I make the mistake of going to this location.
I was able to work with customer service for Chipotle to come up with a resolution. I appreciate their willingness to help and make things right. Still, I would not recommend this location in consideration of the out of stock items (which, when reading thru reviews, seems to happen a lot) and not receiving our full order. Either issue on its own is not so bad, but all things together made for a disappointing experience.
We ordered online for pick up for a family of 5. items were missing from the order and the burrito bowls we ordered were less than half filled compared to what you get in the store when you make it live with them. I don't recommend the online order and pick up at all. We paid 75 dollars for half the amount of food we expected.
Amazing customer service. Workers were welcoming and warm. The food was amazing, especially the smoky chicken. It wasnt too busy and there was plenty of space to dine in.
The Clifton Park location is a joke. The resturant is always dirty, tables are never cleaned and the garbage is never emptied. As far as the food side goes they are always out of something on every visit, this time they were out of cheese and peppers and onions when asked to substiute queso for the fact they were out of cheese they flat out refused. They were out of ice in the soda machine and the soda was warm, juices are always empty as well. To say the least this location is poorly managed by the manager, next time i will take photo's to show the poor conditions. 2 Stars is a gift!
