The Cookie Factory - CLIFTON PARK

The selection here isn't impressive. Dolce and Biscotti offer a much better experience and know how to treat their customers. The staff were unfriendly, making the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. It felt noisy and chaotic. They don't operate like other bakeries, and sometimes simplicity is key. Overall, I wasn't impressed by the lackluster selection.

Everything in this load is amazing. it is expensive, but their cakes/cookies/ snacks make great party supplements. birthdays, jubilees, Valentine's Day, they have something for every occasion.

The cookies here are good the arc tie cookies only .tried fudge cookies very dry. not enough sugar in them very easy has not yet tried cake but will. they need to sweeten up to sugar if they can have sugar if not then sugar-free

2nd Year in a row they didn’t have my order correct Sad part is it doesn’t get much easier A package of soda bread rolls and loaf soda bread This is day before St Patrick’s at 9:30a They didn’t even hv a bread to give me. Asked for a bag for rolls they wanted to charge me a dollar Dolce Biscotti no problem. 9:35a day before. Got free sample and 5 loafs soda bread. People in Dolce were saying Cookie Factory is usually days old

I ordered a slice of chocolate cake, a small red velvet cupcake, a seasonal chocolate mousse cake bomb, and a chocolate chip cookie cream-filled sandwich. Everything was absolutely delicious! The cake bomb was my favorite, closely followed by the red velvet cupcake. The cookie sandwich, however, was my least favorite as it was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, the service was excellent and the treats were delightful! I highly recommend giving them a try.
