Wingstop - Clifton

I went in today order four of the new chicken sandwiches. When I got home to open the box it was a piece of chicken the size of a nugget. I was so upset I went back and ask to talk to the manager and the girl in the front said she is not there. I requested a refund and she said she may not be able to give me a refund please call your manager. As she was calling there was two ladies sitting down about to eat the sandwich and said the same thing. As she was talking I heard her say the manager told the staff to cut them in half.......... Because they was short are you kidding me are you charging us half price no you are not. The girl apologized and said I will give you a refund I went on to tell her you shouldn't be selling them if you don't have the right size. I am pretty sure I will not be the last person to walk in those door to complain I wish I had took a picture of the sandwich it was so sad. Never will they get my business again!!!!!!!

When the young person in charge of the kitchen is running things, you'll have an amazing experience. However, if they're not there, it can turn into complete chaos. Orders are consistently delayed, and they inform customers that ordering is not available at 11:30, even though it's possible to order online.

I would say these are possibly the worst wings I've ever had. I tried four different sauces, and none of them were even decent. The classic wings had very little meat, and I can't stress that enough. Also, don't order the fries—they were cold, hard, and absolutely terrible in taste.

When I went to the restaurant to address the problem, they refused to refund or correct my order. I asked to speak to a manager, but they claimed that no one was available. This seems to be their standard excuse. I've tried reaching out to management multiple times, but I can never get in touch with anyone.

Eating at this place is terrible when compared with other Wingstop spots. I tried this place twice and achieved the same results. the wings are under seasoned! they look like they were afraid to add the dam taste. I have the mais and was old, dry and overcooked. only evil.
