There was only one person working in the whole place. She had drive through front end cooking lounge and restrooms. She was so busy. It was very irresponsible on the manager to not have someone to help her. If no one to help management should have steppedup. I saw numerous people walk out because of it. She handled herself well when customers were upset. If I had to do that allmyself I would have just shut down the inside and did drive thru only. She did at least the job of 4 people and only gets paidfor one. But guess management doesn't appreciate hard working people as her.
3 or 4 people there working. A girl was doing everything herself. She was trying her best to take care of everyone. I just want to say good job to her. The male worker on his phone needs to find him a phone job not fast food. Customers should always comebefore your phone
Since the split from Taco Bell the food quality has risen but customer service and speed is way below average. The management needs training on ensuring enough food prepared for the busier parts of the day. I ordered 5 piece chicken strips and chickensandwich online. told order be ready at 1744. arrived 1740, received food at 1809, even if they started cooking at 1740 Ishould have had food by 1755 (15 min). They fall on the lack of employees excuse, but I believe 5 employees is plenty for thisstore. And why is the general manager not more involved?
You should just close this place, 630 pm and you don?t have any dark meat chicken? Twenty minute wait is bs!!! Not the first time this has happened plus your menu board has been broken for over a year now. Fix this dump or close it.
