Metropolitan Seafood - Clinton

We love this place!!!! We drive from PA to Metropolitan Seafood at least a few times a month to get the best seafood. It's worth the ride. We get many items that are ready for us to freeze when we come home, so our visits are worth the trip. Today we picked up 10 dozen oysters for “Our 5th Annual Oyster Fest”. They all shyed them for our convenience. The staff here is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Store is always held with pride and it is wonderful to see the same staff at every visit. We have become familiar faces and it is always nice to be greeted as if we are known old times. This place is a must try if you do not and if you have, you have probably recommended Metropolitan Seafood others.

Great place. By this to 22 so often never think to stop in. I thought to do something else and try to make our own sushi, and this business has so many different types of fish you can eat raw. We picked up a nice piece of salmon and it was really fresh. Definitely not the cheapest place on the block with any means, but I guess that's what you pay for this quality of a product. They obviously take care of what they do and the staff is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Sushi turned out so well that we will return this weekend!

The quality and variety of fresh seafood and sushi level fish is incredible. The service simply places this place above the top. Unbelievable! Only sad that I did not ask the names of the fishermen who helped us make scales and share our haul! Large oyster selection. Beautiful softshell baskets. Fresh sardines and whole Japanese Madai! I'm glad I charged the 45-minute ride for mothers day! Thank you.

You have everything you need when it comes to seafood. It is also very convenient that you can call an order in advance so that everything is ready to the day you plan for picking up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are not sure, you will answer all questions. You have the freshest and widest selection of seafood I have seen in the area. You really can't go wrong here, I'm happy every time I have seafood here.

This place is legit. I was shocked of good it is. Wide variety of seafood. Helpful staff and reasonably priced for high quality food. Even better that it is next door to the brewery.
