The staff are young and need to be better supervised. The second time I ordered from the app and food was missing. They seem to have an attitude when I asked for what I paid for. I ordered and waited for another 10 to 15 minutes before I leave to retrieve my food, and I still have to wait. It seemed like it was a slow day at that time also, not busy. When I asked the lady to exchange a cookie that seems to have been left in the oven too long, she was a little irate.
