Arby's - Clive

The tables were dirty. My family of 4 were the only ones there and after we got our food and found a clean table all the employees there went out and smoked all 3 of them. I didn't see a single person pick up a wet sanitized rag to clean tables or even grab a broom when they came back in they all stood there

Everything was great, food was still warm even after driving home which was like a 10 min drive. Drive thru guy was really nice and when asked about the price of my order he was able to help with an answer.

Waited at front counter 5 minutes and finally yelled to the back to see if they were open. Condiment dispensers were empty. Crew seemed more interested in socializing with each other than actually working.

This Arby's location gets it right. Service has always been great, and order accuracy has been 100%.

I had ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal. When eating the chicken sandwich, I noticed it tasted a little slimy and strange. Come to find out, the chicken was not thoroughly cooked properly and what I was tasting was raw chicken. It was so raw, it actually had a pink color to it. Will never eat at another Arby's again.
