While in the store they had a small conversation over what I wanted and my 18 year old reminded my 23 year old I had given her $20 to buy it. They went and paid separately and as they were leaving the cashier….. James I believe. Followed them outside and told my oldest next time you want to buy her alcohol don’t let her pick or something like that. My 18 year old was like I don’t drink and it’s not for me. He was like ok. I called and spoke with him and he stated it’s all on camera and he was going to turn it in to his manager. I advised him please do and have him contact me. My 23 year old is old enough to buy alcohol. Because her 18 year old sister tagged along to buy chips is non of his business. It was very unprofessional how he profiled them just because they were together.
Went and bought alcohol for my parents , who are 40+ btw. Brought my sister with (18) because she wanted a snack. I bought my alcohol (im 23) and then she bought her snacks after me. James , I believe that was his name, then followed us out the door to say “make sure she knows what alcohol she wants next time cuz I won’t sell it to you”. Called him once we got home and he said he heard me ask her what she wanted… not true, my words to myself were “I can’t remember what THEY want….” They as in my parents. And then my sister was shocked I was paying with cash so she asked me why I was paying cash cuz I never have cash on me, so that’s why he thought I was buying for her. I would never buy for a minor for 1 and 2 he’s still the cashier who still sold it to me even tho he thought I was buying for a minor. He then told us he was going to show the manager the footage of us purchasing the alcohol even tho again he still sold it to us when he could’ve just said sorry I’m not selling this to you (even tho again, I was buying it for my parents). This kum and go isn’t worth it. DO NOT GO
They are selling food covered in filth. It looks like these products were in a muddy flood and it's like they said screw public safety we will sell it anyway.
$4.39 for a gallon of gas is an absolute rip off, more than $10 for a pack of cigarettes that are usually 8 bucks at other places is an absolute rip-off and your two pack price is an absolute ripoff! How about y'all stop ripping off your customers!
Most of the employees are very friendly. However the General Manager has failed this store. Trash cans are always overflowing with trash which leads to the wind blowing trash all over the surrounding area. Paper towels are always empty at the pumps. The washer fluid is black from never being changed. Rarely any toilet paper in the stalls. The tables in the dining area are always gross and sticky. I’ve seen well run Kum and Go’s. This ain’t one of them.
