Feedback gevenI placed an online order for the BBQ pork sandwich. When I arrived, the man at the counter informed me that since I hadn’t selected a sauce, he hadn’t added any to my sandwich. I asked if he could add some for me, but instead, he gave me a cup with less than an ounce of BBQ sauce. I mentioned that it seemed odd to have to specify that I wanted BBQ sauce on a sandwich named after it. After all, I don’t need to request bread, right? That's implied by the name.
I ordered two tuna melts, one 6-inch and one 12-inch, but when I received my order, half of the 12-inch was missing. I had to go back to the restaurant to get the missing portion. When I finally sat down to eat, I was disappointed to find that none of the cheese on either melt was melted, and the one that had just been made was cold—so what’s the point of ordering a melt? For the 6-inch, I ordered it plain, but it had lettuce mixed in with the tuna at the end. I assume it must have been a mistake from another order, as I didn’t ask for that. Personally, I can’t stand the taste of lettuce and ended up unable to eat the last half. Additionally, I ordered three oatmeal cookies and one raspberry cheesecake cookie, but I received four oatmeal cookies instead. I gave the restaurant two stars instead of one, solely because the cookies were good.
I had a rather frustrating experience at this Subway. For some reason, the girl preparing our sandwiches seemed to think I couldn't read the menu. When I requested mozzarella, she bluntly informed me that it would cost extra, and then proceeded to announce loudly to everyone that I was getting mozzarella and to make sure to charge me for it. The food itself wasn't great, largely due to her attitude. It felt like she was treating us like we were using food stamps. I would recommend steering clear of this location if you can.
James is a fantastic manager, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly.
Absolutely amazing! Prescott, Sheryl, and James provided the best customer service I've ever experienced, especially during such a stressful time. I needed to cater lunch for my staff because we were short-staffed, and they graciously took on my order despite the tension from other customers regarding my situation. These employees truly exemplify the best qualities in the food service industry.
