Short staffed come a long way, tasty burgers though.

They were short staffed, but was kept informed and service and food were awesome!

9/17/2023We went ordered on drive thru when we were on a road trip. We ordered for 4spicy chicken sandwich and 4 spicy chicken wrap and when we came to pick up the order they gave us 4wraps and 1sandwich and the person was so rude to us even after taking a wrong order.This outlet is worstWorkers have to be trained properly.

Our order was messed up even after confirming twice at the ordering window. Avoid This place. Seems like the workers there are doing kids baby sit while working and not paying attention to the customers.

I honestly wish I could give this a zero. I don’t know what that hag in the window was going through but she made the rest of us go through it with her. First we asked for 3 separate orders, we’re on a road trip so there’s 5 of us in the car. She interrupts and says “we only can do two you can come in if you want more” that was the first red flag but i know the food business can be a lot. I work as a server so I know it can be tough. So the first order goes smooth, the trouble comes with the second order. Anytime we would say part of our order she would interrupt. She kept asking if there was more. We said yes, she proceeded to ignore us and told us to pull forward. We stayed there because the nitwit didn’t even let us finish. Y’all aren’t gonna believe this. We literally heard her stop taking our order and go to the other guy in the other lane. We were shocked. Appalled even. We actually started to drive to the window. After she took that guys order she came back to us, and get this, asked why we were still there. We actually backup our car to talk to her again. We said we didn’t get to finish. She goes “well you said that was it for your order, I had other people waiting I can’t wait for you.” We literally never said we were done, she just cut us off and started a new order. She was like “okay then what do you wanna add” in such a rude tone. We said what we wanted and she literally yells “TO WHICH ORDER” bro woke up with her bed in the middle of a pond or something I’ve never met someone so rude. Thank god she wasn’t at the window. Lemme tell you my sprite was not spriting. I wanted to taste tv static. It was soda water. We told him that and then told us we can’t return it?? Then he gave me a new sprite and it was literally the same. This place was a 0/10 and my wrap tasted like the bottom of a boat.
